On Sunday August 2nd, I headed to Nottingham with my family for the day to attend the Pagan Pride festival. We went for the first time the previous year and we all surprisingly loved it. My older sister is the one into all of the meaning behind the event but it genuinely is an enjoyable day out. If you're unsure about what Paganism is, it's a religion where they express a belief and love towards all things nature, love and living a free spirited lifestyle. There was a range of stalls selling the most exquisite dreamcatchers, floral crowns, crystal necklaces and even wooden wands. It's truly a magical experience, clashing with that however we headed into the Nottingham town centre where I made a couple of purchases at the local MAC store. There'll be a haul coming up soon so stay tuned for that!

I know this is only a short and sweet post but I just really wanted to share this outfit with you, I have been in love with this top right from the moment I spotted it in the store. It's definitely such a unique piece in my collection and I couldn't wait to style it up in a post for you guys. From the colourful paisley print, to the bellydancer inspired charms edged around the bottom; I think it's simply beautiful. I did also pair this outfit with a leather jacket I picked up from Zara, during the first half our day as it was super chilly in the morning. Surprisingly this completed the look really well over the top of such a long cardigan. Wearing the jacket open created an effortless layering effect.

Until next time..
